CYF Team Minutes: June 5, 2024

Present: Dawn Byars, Sydnie Patzer, Erik & Rachel Knueppel

This was a short meeting as we met on the VBS Craft Night!

We discussed the 5th Sunday in June (6/30) and discussed who would be fulfilling each role.

We talked about the plans for the 4th of July parade and found the banners we need.

VBS is coming up fast, and we need to get wish lists out as soon as possible so people can see them and have time to get their donations in. We are so appreciative of all donations!

We have booked Camp Luther for a Winter Blast Youth Retreat on January 10-12. We will start assessing interest and getting concrete numbers by the end of the summer. The church will pay for half of their registration but any students who wish to go will have the opportunity to volunteer at church to earn the other half. We are looking at a car wash in August.
