a. Property & Cemetery: Jerry provided update, he is working on the claim. Gary Lisowe provided a temporary fix. Thank you, Gary!
b. Nominating Team: no report
10) Old Business
a. Inside door lock on double glass doors in office entrance: update needed at next council meeting from Property & Cemetery Team.
11) New Business
a. Motion to approve transfer of 2 cemetery plots from Gary Braun to his sister and her husband who are not members by Miles, Bill, MSC.
b. Motion to approve $500 purchase of scrip cards for staff Christmas gifts by Bill, Miles, MSC.
c. Highway update: motion to allow consultant to review the states offer of $7,500 for the South 22 reconstruction project at no cost to the church by Marilyn, Bill, MSC.
d. Cantata update: good attendance and $1,462 received from offering.
12) Miscellaneous
a. Jerry will continue with the fence and South 22 reconstruction project.
b. Miles will work with Dale Halla on obtaining an auditor.
