2025 September NL: Women of the Church Team Minutes

August 12 at 6:00 p.m.
Present: Dawn Byars, Laura Koenig, Helen Lisowe and Sharon Raatz.

Meeting was called to order with a prayer by Sharon Raatz.
Secretary’s Report was read and accepted.
Treasurer’s Report was read and accepted.

Old Business:
With the contributions from VBS we will able to complete 50 Hygiene Kits for Orphan Grain Train.
Ascher Janitorial Service has been contracted to clean the carpets. Date not yet set.
Orphan Grain Train packing will be August 25 starting at 9:00am. Lunch will be provided for the volunteers.

New Business:
We will be providing the meal for the Common Bond Quartet on the 17th.
Will host after Church Fellowship on August 24th.
