2025 May NL: Stewardship & Evangelism Team Minutes

April 7 at 5:00 p.m.
Present: Mel Reichwald, Darrel Ruege, Pastor Chris Byars, Sharon Raatz

Mel Reichwald opened the meeting with a devotion and prayer.

Old Business Addressed:
40 Days of Kindness: We will plan to continue next Lent.
Ice Cream Social: Set for July 13th after service. Will work in conjunction with CYF to promote VBS at the same time.
Prices from Rank’s: $100/machine with $50/bag of Soft Serve (each averages 75 cones)
Scoop Ice Cream = $26.81/3 gallons of Cedar Crest Ice Cream
Sharon Raatz recommended talking to an alternative: Robert Davis makes his own (Mel will check into this). Own Yoder has a machine through the bakery.
Coffee Fellowship for April is CYF
Continuing conversation about forming a potential Men’s Group

Fair Booth Planning
4th of July Float: our team needs to know what kind of help CYF would like on the float. Are they taking lead again? How can we support?
