Meeting was called to order by Sharon with a prayer.
Secretary’s Report was read and accepted.
Treasurer’s Report was read and accepted.
Old Business: Orhpan Grain Train packing is August 24th at 9:00am. Lunch will be served.
New Business:
1. Common Bond Quartet Concert will be held August 20th at 6:30pm. We will provide a meal for them after the concert.
2. Discussed Bazaar raffle prizes.
3. Chose fourth Sunday fellowship to be the month of June in the future.
4. Discussed funeral planning.
Closed with the Lord’s Prayer.
