Meeting was called to order with a prayer by Sharon Raatz.
Secretary’s Report was read and accepted.
Treasurer’s Report was read and accepted.
Old Business:
1. Orphan Grain Train packing yielded 254 boxes of which 31 were quilts. A total of 127 quilts
2. Bazaar: discussed raffle licensing and the main raffle prizes. A beautiful handmade quilt will be the top prize.
New Business:
1. Welcome for new members will be October 13.
