2025 November NL: Stewardship & Evangelism Team Minutes

Present: Mel Reichwald, Darrell Ruege, Pastor Chris Byars, Dawn Byars

Mel Reichwald opened the meeting with a prayer written for St. Michael’s Day.

New Business:
Harvest Fest Details: Friday, Mel will be here at the church 4P-6P to collect baked goods, Dawn will be here Saturday 8A-9A. Darrel will pick up the tables, chairs, and banner Saturday at 8:00am and take any goods with him then. Mel will come at 9:00am to get any last minute goods. Laura K. is willing to sit at the table, we left a voicemail for Ruth M. Jan and Darrel and Dawn will all be available as needed.
Veterans’ Day: OJ’s is on board to provide 25 certificates for pie. We’ll pay half. Mel is going to take care of that and submit for reimbursement. We will address and prep the cards at the next meeting. Rachel has supplied us with a list. Dawn will check with Rachel to see if we have a card template.
New Member Sunday – expecting 3 new members, 2 of which cannot be there on the 19th. We’ll play by ear on whether or not the gathering happens.
Carillon Dedication on October 26th. Our team will host the 4th Sunday Fellowship with Chocolate Milk, Cookies, and Coffee.
